Dr. Spritzer is one of the most unprofessional DO I have ever met. After having three spine surgeries and bacterial meningitis I needed to see a neurologist. I saw DO Spritzer today and I was floored at how he responded to my questions. He has a lot of learning to do. He stated that the issue with my feet and hands being numb must be that I am diabetic or prediabetic. After I returned home I went online to the Mayo website and verified that numb feet and hands can also mean several other things. It can be CAUSED FROM AN INFECTION OR A SPINAL INJURY. After 3 spine surheries I would think it would only make sense that I have some nerve damage from 3 spine surgeries. He tried to tell me that when I had an EMG done at Mayo they couldn't find anything. I had just looked at my records. I corrected him and told him to look again. He did and then he admitted he saw thatvyhere was something with my elbow. I would NEVER recommend anyone to see this guy. Absolutely worthless. A waste of an appointment and my time.

Seemed unwilling to agressively treat older persons who had previously had managable medical problems. His frequent answer was "well things are just wearing out"
