I have a daughter because of Dr. Hollett-Caines. We did a phone consultation in January, testing in February, surgery to correct cysts/endo lesions/polyp removal in April, and I was pregnant by May, no IUI or IVF required. This was after 1.5 years of wasted time with another RE (Dr. Victory in Windsor). She knows her science inside out, she's pleasant, she was actually running early the day of my surgery. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Jackie Hollett-Caines was late by 2 hours to our first appointment. She dismissed our first appointment in literally 3 minutes and all she did was talk for 3 minutes about stats and success %. The only contribution she did was talk about stats, stats and more stats. Its very difficult to have a conversation with her because she doesn't pause her stats talk during all consultations. It's like a verbal diarrhea, without much human interaction.
We didn't like her attitude and laid back way of conducting everything. We did 3 IUIs and then 3 IVFs and costing thousands of dollars and zero success.
She is careless. Her fellows(students in training) do all the work, she didn't show up to 5 of the main events of the 6. All she cares about is money, she really wants you to fail so you keep going back to her for multiple trials. Can't believe she is still employed.

Dr. Hollett-Caines was absolutely incredible with my husband and on during our journey towards fertility. She was extremely knowledgeable, direct, easy to understand and honest, and humourous to help ease pain and tension , all the qualities we needed with so much uncertainty in our lives. It's because of her expertise and guidance that we now have a son, who is our everything. I found it quite upsetting to read such brash comments filled with blame. Doctors are not God, they can only work with our bodies as much as our bodies respond. Some people deal with dissapointing news by blaming others. This forum is not the place. Instead, I sought counseling as needed along the tough journey which helped me to avoid unfairly blaming others, something that is sadly done by some people trying to cope while experiencing infertility.

Absolutely the worst doctor ever, took out my healthy ovaries , because she could, teaching hospital, told me I had a tumour, opened me up, took them , no history of cancer, made my life a living hell! Never did a follow up from the ultrasound clinic in east London, just took their word fir it, ruined my life, ruined my marriage, no follow up, more than likely cause she knew she shouldn’t have taken them, only thought she was right because they had me sign a paper to take out the other ovary as well but surprise, surprise!! Nothing wrong, I am going to sue for all the mental stress she caused me!! Worse doctor ever!!

Hello Dr. It’s me Kayla Cuttress. Do you remember me? “Well I have a metformin baby” she would say. A very biased and desensitized woman that should not be in this profession. I was given a prescription to fill before she tried anything else. After pushing that I wasn’t wanting to jump right into meds and wait for my sonohystegram results etc, guess who got pregnant THE CYCLE after their sono. ME! Blocked tube. Way to go “Dr” How much money to you make on prescribing pills to get a “quick fix” solution. My daughter is 6months now. Have fun with your metformin baby. You can’t tell some doctors project their own experiences onto patients because they cannot seem to split personal and professional. You have women who are not in good spirits going in and you’re a bully. Truly. I talked very negatively of you when I got back to my Dr and then my midwives. TRASH DOCTOR. VERY POOR ATTITUDE. TIME IS MONEY. Take your precious experience somewhere else, so this disgusting human doesn’t ruin it.

Wow. Super abrasive and condescending. Gets defensive if you ask questions lol! And interrupts and talks over you. I’m really surprised by the glowing reviews here… maybe they are paid? Or maybe she has a split personality. Whatever it is, I’m not going to stick around to find out. I would ask for another doctor but my whole experience with her has tainted Omega clinic in general. Will look elsewhere. She brings the reputation of clinic down.

I have been a patient of Jackie’s for just over a year. She is always on time, kind and takes the time to answer my questions. She has been supportive through 4 rounds of IUI, did a surgery for me and is now guiding us through IVF. She is an expert and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with infertility. You will see other doctors when you are a patient of hers because she works on a team, but I have also liked all of them. Only positive experiences.

Dr. Hollett-Caines has been with me for over 2 years of my infertility and IVF journey - she has been so kind and positive. I appreciate her.

We had a consult with Dr. Jackie Hollett-Caines. She was incredibly positive, comforting/reassuring and overall was very professionally down-to-earth, putting our minds at ease with her presence.
