She does not care about her patients at all. She left in the middle of an appointment for an hour. Her explanation was that she was double booked and it happens sometimes. That is extremely disrespectful what makes one patient better than an other. Meaning why did I have to wait an hour and the other person didn't. Had severe side effects from the medication she prescribed. Called her regarding this never received a return call. Horrible doctor, would never go to her again.

After having male neurologists who were arrogant and unresponsive, Dr. Bateman was refreshing. She was knowledeable, listened, had a good bedside manner and gave a thorough exam. UC Davis made me wait a few months for the appointment, but she was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr. Bateman for those suffering from epilepsy.
