The staff does anything they can to make their patients comfortable. Everything is always the best.

I have really enjoyed Quantum Orthodontics thus far. The doctor is always punctual and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Doctor Frackowiak designed an orthodontic anti-snoring mouth guard for me which has eliminated my really bad Sleep Apnea! The CPAP Unit never worked for me at all, and then I first tried a generic drug store mouth guard, which made my gums bleed and hurt too much to wear, and then got a soft one made by my dentist that I chewed through in two nights! This one is terrific. She took a lot of time in measuring me for it, and it fits so well that I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. I was really impressed also, that she personally phoned me twice in the first week to see how I had been sleeping with it, and if there were any problems with it. I have already suggested to friends and family with the same problem, to only go to see her to get one. She really knows her stuff. It started to work right away, and after a month using it now, I fall asleep right away, and wake up AWAKE

Dr Frackowiak is a wonderful dentist. She was attentive, caring and took the time to explain why she was completing the treatment. I would highly recommend her.

Extremely hard to get after school appointments...even when booking months in advance. Always closed on PA DAYs. For an ortho that deals almost exclusively with kids that are in school, the hours are terrible. Asked all the questions about this before paying the deposit and was assured after school appointments were not a problem. Was also told they were open one Saturday a month, which is not true. After the first few months of us seeing her, we received a letter that she sold her Stouffville practice...now we have to travel way too far to see her in Uxbridge. Does a great job with teeth...if you're willing to take your kids out of school a lot. When we gave her the down payment, she knew where we lived and never told us she had thoughts of selling her practice. Feel very deceived.

No communication, would wait so long past appt time to get in then my daughter would tell me how she sat for 20 min while the staff chatted around her. Anytime she asked questions about her treatment she was ignored. My daughter worked with this office for nearly 8 years and now at 19 years old and going into 3rd year university, we went to a specialist for an implant thinking this was finally the grand finale only to learn thtat the work was not completed properly and she is basicly starting over, you can only imagine the devastation........

Disrespectful to children - do not answer questions, ignore the kids and chat with each other over top of them. Very polite to the parents though. Do not provide receipts or information on a regular basis. At one point they sent us a letter that said our child was not following their advice and if anything goes wrong it is our fault. We feel very uncomfortable bringing our child to her, but feel we have no choice at this point. Do hope the teeth look good at the end of this process, but we can not recommend her to anyone.

I have found that it is very difficult to reschedule appointments. Even if I call with a week's notice, they cannot accommodate because they are never in the office more than 2 days at a time. So we end up waiting a month,for the next available appointment that does not interfere with work or school. This is highly inconvenient and pushes my child's treatment schedule back. This office needs to do more to accommodate its customers.

Lots of problems with scheduling because they are never in the same office more than 2 days a week - so if you need to change an appointment, it's a lot harder
