Dr. Kim is the best dr. I've ever had & I'm devastated that she has taken a position in California-I'll never find another dr. like her. So kind, compassionate & knowledgeable. Her staff has always been great-friendly & very helpful-calling in RX's almost immediately. I can't even imagine why people say they've had problems with the staff. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in. This was truly the best medical practice I've ever been to - I'm tempted to move to California just to continue to see Dr. Kim.

I have gone to Dr. Kim for many years. She always listens to me and explains her conclusions in terms I can understand. I have never had any kind of problem with her staff--in fact have found them extremely helpful. If you you don't want to see the PA, request the doctor.

Dr. Kim is wonderful and so is her staff. She takes the extra time when needed. I can always get a same day appointment if I'm sick. Yes, it's with a PA but the point is they get me in right away. If you go to a health clinic, not only do you wait for hours, but it costs a lot more.

Dr. Kim is a great doctor. Very kind and knowledgeable. I like the fact that she is aware of alternative treatments such as diet and vitamins, massage, PT, etc. I highly recommend her.

Hardly at her practice. Never told I would not be seeing her. When I have seen her I felt as though she second guessed herself a lot. I was not comfortable with dr. Kim.

She was great until she got the Phys. Assist. Then she cut her hours and I haven't seen her in months, only the PA. It still costs the same to see her or the PA. I normally don't have a problem with PA's. And Amy is very nice, but I don't like them replacing the doctors.

Dr. Kim has been and continues to be the best doctor. She is friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgable. We have recomended her to multiple friends who have now made her their primary physician. The staff are all wonderful, especially Barb. Barb is the best nurse and treats my whole family with kindness and love when we come in to see the doctor.

This is the most inconsiderate staff of all time. I called the office at 8:30 am to see if they could call in a prescription. I was told the nurses and doctor were unavailable and would call me back as soon as they were available. EIGHT hours later, they called me and said they would call in the prescription. I went to the pharmacy 2 hours later to try and pick up my prescription. Of course, they hadn't called it in yet. I call Dr. Kim's office, they say they'll "try to call it in within the hour". Ummm... It's been an hour and they still haven't. Don't even bother asking if they can let you know when they've called the pharmacy, they'll tell you its your responsibility to contact the pharmacy. WORST service. I think I'd get better help through my school's health services. I'm in grad school and was trying to save some money and stay with my mom's insurance.. but clearly not worth it. STAY AWAY. And if you talk to Nurse Barb, just hang up... she is the most insensitive lady. STAY AWAY.
