I've also not seen the doctor for more than 3 years now. Was scheduled for a telephone consult with the nurse who never called during the appt time and left a VM to rebook. Called and asked to rebook and needed to wait 8 days for the next appt time available. Ridiculous that they are not respectful of other people's time. Will be looking for a new family doctor.

I have had nothing but exceptional care from this clinic. The nurse practitioners (Golfam and Carolyn) are fantastic and go above and beyond to address my health concerns. have been going to this clinic for the last couple of years and happily going back again. thanks for all you do during pandemic to support us and protect us.

Agree with those people who say they have not seen or spoken to the doctor. Had to call several times and repeat requests for requisitions and prescriptions. Will be looking for a new doctor

I've been a patient for a year and still have not met this doctor even thought she was in the office during my visit.
During the pandemic I had to ask one of the staff to put a mask on which is absolutely ridiculous. I took my baby to get her vaccines which was fine but the nurse couldn't really answer my questions. Definitely a lack of knowledge. The last time I tried to book an appointment I left a message and it took almost two weeks for them to get back to me. Overall, this place is terrible and would recommend you look somewhere else. Currently I'm trying to go back to my old fam doc.

I have been a patient for many years but haven't had an actual appointment with Dr. P for at least 3 years. She was good in the beginning but after a couple of years the quality of care changed. Previous comments about her being mostly absent, a little impersonal, and bit more money-focused seem accurate (I only noticed this after having to go to her after hours MDs who didn't charge the max for everything). You kind of feel like just a number. NPs are ok (Definitely prefer Caroline as the other one lacks bedside manner). The MA is good. There is little to no follow up after appointments and tests unless you call. Admin staff are ok, they seem like they are just trying to get by day by day (comments about the admin staff prior to the pandemic are mostly accurate). If I could find another GP easily I would. My rating would be lower if it wasn't for Caroline and the MA.

RUN. Office staff makes many mistakes are entitled curt rude and dismissive. No phone calls back. Unavailable. Passes you into her Nurse practicer . Trust your gut feeling about this office it is NOT you. it’s THEM....

I am very impressed with Dr. P. She and her nurse practitioners go above and beyond to help and care for our family. Office staff are supportive and helpful as well. Thanks for all you do during this Pandemic to keep us well!

This doctor has no idea who you are. IS Way too busy building a practice and a business. Her office staff are terrible make many errors , blood work forms marked wrong often, and the best is they do NOT return phone calls etc. nor return pharmacy calls for prescription renewals. as told to me by my trustworthy pharmacist .. Addressed this with this doctor. Will be changing family doctor as this one is useless for my health well being. Very disappointed.

Dr.papadapolous is good doctor but nurse Gulfam working with her is very rude, non professional attitude. We are leaving Dr.Yasmeen for bad attitude of her nurse Gulfam.

I have been seeing doctor Yasmin Papadopoulos for over 2 years. In all my dealings with her , She has been supportive, friendly and welcoming. Her team is also very helpful in all their dealings with me. I am very happy having her as my doctor.; especially at this time where in-person visits are limited.
