FIRST time seeing Dr. Brak and had a few strange things happen She seems qualified, but after going through a few orders she requested, I received mixed messages on the same orders from her staff. When I addressed them with her, all she said was there was some confusion. When I brought my experience up with her on the messages, mixed messages from her staff, she stated I was being confrontational. How can you have a discussion with your doctor when you are just wanting and explanation and your labeled as confrontational. ARE WE NOT as a patient to ask questions, when we just want to be pro active and manage our health??

First time seeing a doctor at this practice. The staff was very accommodating and I felt very comfortable about the doctor and her knowledge of my situation. Only complaint and I am not sure who gets the blame for this.....the night before I had surgery scheduled, the doctor called me to say that I had an infection that she only got the results back. My visit with her was one week prior to my surgery. More than a discomforting feeling. But, I still feel confident in her abilities and was grateful that she called me to let me know.

Wow - NEVER had a problem here. In fact, was able to get in the same day to avoid getting worse. Staff are great as are the Physician assistants. They have more time than MDs to talk and discuss issues.

Talked into seeing quasi-professional,could not address issues with any confidence or quality. Neglected or was not qualified to give prescriptions for basic tests which could harm customers health. Is that not part of the hippocratic oath?

Don't get it. Saw this physician three times. Each time, two odd things happened: 1) Seen by a quasi-doc who seemed way in over her head and 2) Each time there, drug reps were bringing in elaborate lunches. The sasquatches behind the counter could think of nothing else. One place brought in these elaborate boxed lunches. Highlight of staff's day seems to emanate from a Baker's Square pie tin. Although not seen by doctor, certainly billed as if I was and then some.
