This guy is a joke. He took it upon himself to do an experimental surgery on my foot while I was under anesthesia.The procedure never should have been performed. Dr. Spak could have easily done a $3500 Arthroscopy instead of doing a $35,000 Osteotomy.

Avoid this doctor. He likes to do research surgery on people when he gets them into surgery. I had a case of a calcium build up/bone spur and Spak cut my caclcaneous (foot bone) in half. The screwed it back together. When he removed the screw two months later, he forgot and left a quarter size "washer" in my foot. I had to have another surgery to remove it. Don't go here!
