Always, always late. Went to her twice and will never go back again. Would NOT recommend.

After over 7 years of true and honest assistance from Dr Palmieri, I am taking the time out of my day to say that she goes out of her way to help in a way that most in her specialized field would not. I have, and always will recommend Dr Clara Palmieri as a 7 year+ long patient. A most sincere thank you to Dr. Palmieri . Mike

Finally able to get to see her again. Because she did not take Medicare, I had to wait too many years to get back to her. Already improving after one visit. Extremely competent, conscientious and caring, excellent with insurance issues, very knowledgeable about medications and conditions. She is her own staff, and I have to rate her excellent. Always returns calls quickly. Have hope for a normal like again after brain surgery for the first time in 11 years.

I have been seeing her for over a year. She is wonderful for me. She is straight to the point. She makes sure that your medication is ok. IF it is working for you she does not change it. When you first come to her she treats your symptoms to get you feeling better. Then she only changes your medication when she diagnoses you. Some of the medications she first puts you on you cannot stay on. They are meant for short term not long term. Yes she does run late but that may be because another appointment was late. She does not have any staff.

I was always the first appointment she had and she was late every single time, 30-45 minutes late. I left a few times without seeing her to be on time for school and she was angry about it. She constantly answered her cell phone for personal calls during our sessions, and would handle outside business, leaving the room to talk to people for a few minutes at a time. I felt that every session we had she would change my meds around even though I preferred not to. I regret seeing her for as long as I did and would NOT recommend her to ANYONE!

Also the weight issue. I never mentioned my weight and she put me on some anti-seizure meds to lose weight. She was always late, even though I was the 1st appt. She should not be practicing medicine. She doesn't know what she is doing.

I had the same experience with the weight loss drugs!!! She , but only after she put me on a drug and I gained 60 lbs in 6 mos, became diabtic and eventually sued eli lilly. She dressed sexy and spent a significant amount of time trying to catch me looking at her below the belt. Sorry, I am too messed up to think about that. She billed the company for psyciatry AND counseling for the same session and did counsel, but obvios that she has NO training in counseling. Condescending New Yorker behavior.

Went to her for mental issues and she was more concerned about my weight. She kept prescribing me weight loss medications. She also was very concerned about payment. That was the first thing on her mind. She was late many times. Not impressed at all.
