Gave Dr. Skeete 5 stars! Awesome doctor! He truly knows his craft. Dr. Skeete is very knowledgable and I completely trust him. He's very helpful and explains himself in 'real people' terms. HOWEVER, I gave his staff 4 stars. The woman who greeted me seemed uninterested that I was even there. She was playing on her touch phone the whole time I was waiting to be taken back. But the young lady who took me back and explained my fees to me was amazing. Wish I got her name! She was kind, friendly, caring, thorough, and made sure to answer any questions I had. Thank goodness the one playing on her touch phone did not take care of me. With that attitude, she just might have cut my trip to Dr.Skeete's short.

Dr. Skeete is very thorough and never seems rushed to rid of you. He answered all of questions and addressed concerns that I never even thought about regarding my eye care.

If only Dr Skeete could make the patient appointments and handle the customer service aspect as well as provide his services. Unfortunately he has the most unprofessional women scheduling appointments and handling patients ever! Obviously, Dr. Skeete has all the patients he needs in this economy otherwise how could he possibly have this kind of person interacting with patients...
