When my pharmacy faxed Dr. Chiu Lee's office for a refill on a cream he has prescribed to me for many years, no reply. I had checked online and saw that they moved locations and completely changed numbers, I was never informed of this. When I called to confirm if they received my pharmacy's fax they told me they do not have my information after they changed locations!!! I was not given a straight answer on how this could happen and told to get my prescription through my family doctor! This is absolute madness, do not waste your time with this doctor he does not care about his patients, his poor staff have to deal with his incompetencies.

How come a family doctor call him a dermotologist? I will report on him! He is rude and ignorant. When I have some concern about my skin condition, my phamily physician referred me to this beast. Whitin 10 secs, this animal just rised up a brochure, dilivered to me. This beast even did not look at me, and tell me "I am busy." What an animal!

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. The first thing he said to me when i walked into the office is that theres nothing he can do to help my skin rash/eczema and asks ME what i want from HIM.

I wanted him to examine my skin and explore possibilities of why its worst now, but he simply brushes it off and concludes that eczema is like that. He tells me all he can do is write me prescriptions to common eczema ointments and pills "that probably wont help me anyways" or to test out an experimental "guinea pig" clinic. He was completely unattentive to my symptoms and took 1 look at my skin and locked into a mindset that i was incurable/beyond help. I ask him if it can be allergies and he rudely replies "go to your family doctor and get him to refer you to an allergist if you want to find out."

After 10 minutes of seeing him, he abruptly ends our appointment by writing a list of prescription, without explaining to me what theyre for and when i ask, he says thats what the pharmacists are for. And before i can ask what uses/effects this medicine is for, he already left the room and excuses himself to another office, handing me the paper and telling me i can leave now.

I waited months to get this referred appointment and now i have to get another referral from my family doctor for another dermatologist, just so i can get some actual answers for my skin issues. Overall terrible attitude and has absolutely no drive to help you.

Horrible doctor. Ruined my skin by over prescribing topical antibiotics. Now im left with a very hard to treat skin condition. He was not aware that overuse of antibiotics can lead to this condition which i complained about for a long time only for him to tell me to continue using it. Also, he has some kind of social interaction issues where he speaks to you with his back turned and doesnt face you when talking. Its very strange and rude. I cant recommend this doctor and actually advise people to stay away. His knowledge is limited and he has bad bedside manner and is very blunt and rude.

I have a feeling a lot of these comments and posts towards Dr. Chiu is likely fake. There is no way this doctor has all these good reviews. His knowledge in his field is limited and I believe it has been a long time since he has updated himself with the medical field that he practices in.

As a doctor, he does not care about you. As a Dermatologist, he also does not care about you. I really recommend that you go find yourself another Dermatologists if possible.
