Patient needs are not important to staff! So incredibly frustrating!

I had a great experience on my first visit. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and I especially appreciated the time Dr. Harris took out of his busy schedule to hear all my issues. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my issues and his number one priority was to make me feel better. Keep up the great job!!!!!
