I have been his patient for about 20 years and was very satisfied with him. However the last year I am experiencing unpleasant doctor violist with him. He has become very condescending and disrespectful and won’t even cooperate with my insurance for medical equipment and supplies I need. He acts as if there is no rush. My insurance was on a phone call with him and did not like the way he spoke and responded to my request and has indicated I need to file a formal complaint.

Dr. Jin Kim has been my primary care doctor for the past two years, during which, I have been highly satisfied with his services. He has a very kind personality and he has always spent more than enough time with me, to answer my questions. At no time, have I ever felt dismissed or rushed by him. I also have appreciated the straightforward advice he has given me regarding my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Kim. I have found him to be a nice person and a knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Kim used to be an excellent doctor and treated his patients and staff very well. He was the physician that you could count on to listen attentively and develop an appropriate plan and order testing that usually you would have been sent off to Specialist for, I referred everyone to him for that reason. Something has happened to him. He does not listen or care about his patients anymore and forgets or doesn't hear anything you say to him. He is condescending and makes sure that you feel worse by the time you leave not to mention he always forgets to order at least one prescription that he told you he wanted you to take. He always has different staff members now, because he treats them terribly in front of everyone. It is very sad to see a once good and trustworthy doctor burn out regardless of what the cause is. At one time I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was just typical arrogance that we sometimes see in good doctors, but if that were true his picture would be on this page and his performance would not have taken a deep nose dive.

At one time, Dr.Kim was one of the best doctors. I do not know what happened but the past few years, his treatment of his staff and patients has gotten to the point where the turn around rivals that of a retail store. This is a shame, I don't know what happened but he is not the doctor I use to refer all my friends to.

He takes time to talk with his patients so once in a while he will run a few mins late on appointments. Other than that minor thing he is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Kim is a rude and judgmental person. He couldnt even answer a simple question. "Do you offer food sensitivity testing?" He avoided the question like a politician and began to ramble about exercise. Dont go to this doctor unless your an old korean person.

Dr.Kim seemed only interested in giving me a flu shot. When I declined he then, very rudely, told me that I was "uneducated".

I had two appointments with Dr.Kim and in both I advised him of my recent weight gain and my increase in blood sugar. I had bloodwork done and he did nothing about my high blood sugar levels. He also did not check my thyroid function, I have hypo-thyroidism. Having a low functioning thyroid will cause weight gain. He did bring up getting a flu shot and methods of loosing weight at both of my appointments. I would only reccomend Dr.Jin Kim to people that are very healthy and dont plan on having any medical problems as Dr.Jin Kim seems unable to address any chronic illness.

Dr Kim is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is so friendly & welcoming. On some visits you might catch him singing & whistling in the hallways. As for his staff they too are also wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Kim.. he took great care of me!

Dr Kim and his staff are wonderful. He was my physician for numerous years until my health care changed and my new company was not one he accepted. I referred many friends to him over the years. He was thorough, taking time to talk with you and was concerned about physical and mental health issues. Wait times in his office were always minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim.

Great Doctor and he has the best staff! Everyone is so friendly and make you feel very welcome! Went there to the walk in clinic and liked it so much. We decided to make Him our primary Doctor. Highly recommended!
