Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and technically accurate. I had a lacerated tendon in my finger, came in after going to the ER for stitches, and he was very attentive to the function of the finger and level of pain I had. He did not rush the removal of the stitches and made sure I understood the reasoning behind his choice not to conduct surgery on the small tendons and nerves. He did not spend a lot of time with me, just got right to the point, and there wasn't a lot of waiting time -- two sides to the same coin. I really appreciated his honesty and level of care. No complaints here.
