Staff was great, but she was not. Didn’t bother to explain or help with my situation. Basically brushed me off and left me with numerous questions as to why. Would not waste my time going to her with any male related issues.

After a couple miscommunications the doctor and staff were quick to remedy the issues and have been excellent to deal with since. I trust Dr. Sahloul's knowledge and have even gotten her to understand my sense of humor. Although I have seen reviews regarding her being opinionated, I think that's a matter of interpretation as she's been very good to listen to me AND admit when she was wrong, which was once. Any comments on appointments and other sites I've seen about her dropping patients, I think that's a communication problem as well. Have respect for your doctor and require it from them as well. (No, I don't know the doctor or her staff personally and this are my honest comments.)

I went in at my appointment time and didn't have to wait. However, I felt like she had made up her mind and wasn't concerned about the issues I wanted to discuss.

I really liked Dr. Sahloul! You went in at your appointment time , She doesn't rush with you, she takes her time and listens to you. She doesn't assume you know what she is talking about,. She explains everything in detail. , she answered every question I had and showed compassion not only to me but my family and her staff. I would recommend her to anyone.

This is one of the rudest doctors I have ever seen.I was hospitalized for the Flu at CAMC-Memorial and was unable to go to my appointment so my family went and asked if she could come and see me while I was already in the hospital as I live over an hour away needless to say she refused then she sent me a letter stating she would not see me anymore where I missed my appointment. It wasn't like I didn't try to get her to see me.The test she had done on me was done improper and had to be redone. The staff is very rude also.

Dr. Sahloul was the worst doctor that I had ever had to see. She was so unconcerned about my medical issues that I couldn't believe she was a doctor. She didn't care what I was saying she would put up her hand and cut me off. She did not want to hear what I had to say. And when a tear ran down my face from frustration she told me I was depressed and that I should sit on my porch for a half an hour a day. I have Hashimotos disease, not depression. I personally know the difference. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I'm sorry to say she's a poor doctor but in my case it's absolutely true.

My husband has been going to Dr. Sahloul for about a year for his type II diabetes. Dr. Sahloul has tried different medicines and now has it under control for the first time in 20 years. We are very happy with the care we have received and very thankful for the improvement in his overall health.
