After having a bad experience with my old primary care dr, I was brought to Dr Smith by a friend who highly recommended him. He was a breath of fresh air. He doesn't hurry you along, listens to every issue and question you may have and is very helpful. His staff is great, they know you by name over the phone and remember to ask how my husband is by name. Small town office feel in today's world.

I find Dr. Smith to be very knowledgeable and helpful. His casual style and sense of humor takes the dread of going to the doctor. However, his staff is definitely lacking. Phone calls are not always returned, even after repeat request. Things that need to be followed up on are often not handled in a timely fashion. I have even had my file mixed up with someone else. Recently, when calling for an afternoon appointment I was told the last one was 2 o'clock (when stated office hours are usually until at least 3) because the staff wanted to get home early.
