Dr. Baum is an amazing chiropractor. I started going to him a couple weeks ago and saw a change within the first week! He works miracles and I suggested everyone go to him. He is very knowledgable in his field.

I have had to wait in excessive amount of time (45 min or greater)on multiple occasions for pre-booked appt's (or asked to return an hour later) after making nearly an hour drive. I am also still fighting to get my unused portion of a financed bill refunded for the sessions that I didn't use. I have left 3 messages (so far) on his service/machine and am ready to take legal action as it's been nearly 2 months and he (nor his office staff) won't return my calls and won't discuss the credit that we agreed would be posted to the finance company. I find this business practive unacceptable and will be taking it up with the state licensing board.

Great. We saw him at his Xercise location in Chester after his workday was already over and he was very helpful in correcting the massive amount of pain that my friend was in. Relatable and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Very enthusiastic about the field of chiropractic and extremely helpful. Spends alot of time explaining things to patients. Knowledgeable and wants his patients to be well informed and proactive.
