Note sent to Dr. Plooster 8/21/2014 ~ I know that I will never see this on your testimonial page but you need to know that I am very unhappy with your style of practice. I felt sorry for the nurse in the room with us. I believe that you made her feel as uncomfortable as I did. You made me feel demeaned, unintelligent and unworthy of almighty care. Since deciding not to return I have done some informal research. One nurse that I work with said, "oh boy, try working FOR him". Another person at your clinic stated, "he is the rudest doctor I have ever worked for". When I asked them why they kept working for you they stated, "I need to pay my bills!" God Bless you as you attempt to find ways to learn a skill called empathy.
