Dr. Wascher was seen at Theda Clark for consistent pain believed to be from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Dr. Wascher did not investigate or run any mri's or x-rays and just assumed he knew what the problem was. The Carpal Tunnel was actually sever arthritis of the spine causing the pain. His treatment of physical therapy of the wrist did nothing to alleviate the pain, and Dr. Wascher was TOO bored to look into it further. Highly unrecommended.

Dr. Wascher is very knowledgeable and gave an accurate diagnosis with treatment options but he presented himself as very vain and not caring that I was in extreme pain, especially after undergoing an X-Ray which exasperated my pain. I then had to wait in his office for over 30 minutes before his assistant came in. Dr. Wascher came in a few minutes after his assistant. The assistant was also very uncaring and demeaning as he ased questions. The other staff at the NeuroSpine Center, however, were great!

Dr. Wascher made my life worth living, twice. He corrected a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing extreme, unbearable pain and 4 years later corrected the stenosis in my spine that was irritating the nerves to my legs causing intense pain when I walked or just about any movement at all. I would, and have trusted him with my life and would readily recommend him to any one who asked.

Dr. Wascher and staff were fantastic! David, nurse practitioner is beyond good! Whenever called with concern or question I was called back promptly. I can't tell you how many people I have told other medical offices should shadow him on how to treat patients!

Dr. Wascher is friendly, well groomed, very articulate, knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I am certain he is a master in his artistry of working with the spine. However, his nurse practitioner is rude, inconsistent with what Dr. Wascher says, and does not tell the truth about tests he is performing. He tried to blame me of a failed fusion by sneakily having me do a nicotine urine test which I passed with flying colors. I do NOT like or trust him. He also likes to accuse people in severe pain of being opiod addicts. He has hurt my feelings many times and will not apologize for his behavior.
