Everytime I have visited, staff seems very unhappy. I don't feel warm and welcome when I visit. I had higher expectations because of ratings. There are a couple of occasions where I felt that he was condescending and rude toward me, even judgemental. This is unfortunate because I have heard from others that he seems very kind and patient. I did not get this vibe from him. I felt rushed. I've had dozens of pap smears in my life, and his was by far the most painful I've ever had.

Doctor and staff are VERY kind and patient. I am on my 4th, VERY UNEXPECTED, pregnancy. I have had numerous complications but the reasurance I received from the Dr and nurses made a big difference. If you are searching for a wonderful experience with an entire practice this is it!!

For 15 years I have trusted Dr. Finkleston's expertise. His staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I have not been left waiting for an appointment. He diagnosed and treated me for endo, and later assisted me with a difficult pregnancy and delivery. For both treatment of medical issues and pregnancy; there is NO other doctor that I would trust more. Although he can be abrupt, it is a rare occasion.

We are on two different pages. To him its another day at the office. To me its the most important thing that has happened to me. Kind of an Ahole in a way. He doesnt really seem to care too much about our pregnancy. Just walks in the room checks the heart beat says good to go and leaves. To me thats rude and not very thoughtful. We are in search of a new doc right now.

Dr. Finkleston is the best. He is very nice, you meet in his office after your exam, makes you feel human and important. Love him. Even if he is a KU fan (go MIZZOU).

Dr. Finkleston is the best. When other doctors recommended a hysterecotomy, Finkleston recommended an alternative method to solve my problems and make me feel better.
