Dr. Derby's work is of the highest quality. I knew that I would get great results when I went back to Dr. Derby for my explant, because the implant turned out beautifully. I am more than happy with the results and going back to my natural, small breasts.

I highly recommend Spokane Plastic Surgeons! I just had a breast reduction done by Dr. Derby and it has been an awesome experience. The staff at her office are very friendly and so is she. They make you feel very comfortable and are also very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. As for the surgery itself it was a good experience. Everyone makes you comfortable and relaxed before and after you go in. The healing process has been good as well. I am only a week in but my pain level has not been bad at all, drain tubes were a piece of cake, and my incision looks really good. I am beyond pleased with the results from going from a J cup to a C cup and the overall experience I have had dealing with Spokane Plastic Surgeons. They are the best choice in my opinion.

Following a breast injury, I had a lumpectomy to remove dead tissue. At the time, my surgeon did not know that my implant was ruptured as well. Adhesions developed causing a good amount of pain, as well as hardness and lifting on the left breast. I consulted with Dr. Lynn Derby about my options and was extremely pleased with the choices, the time she spent with me, her office staff and surgical staff. Totally satisfied with my results, I would highly recommend Spokane Plastic Surgeons before making a decision to go with another doctor. Dr. Derby spent a great deal of time discussing and explaining all my options for the removal and replacement of my implants. I never felt rushed during the consultation. The office staff was cordial and helpful. During my day of surgery, the surgical staff was outstanding and caring. They spent a great deal of time with both me and my husband to administer post-operative instructions.
