We were promised information on a test from the doctor himself within five days of the test. It is now three weeks since the test and still no info despite repeated calls to the office. This is a potentially life-threatening issue and yet no feedback. Not only that but the doctor complained that his office is overworked because of lack of specialists in other large cities in our region -- which is a) not our problem, and b) unprofessional. Very unsatisfactory experience.
