The office staff was excellent. The medical assistant was competent, but made a comment about my age that I felt was a bit careless.

Dr. Hansen is hands down the best OBGYN ever! I've had four kids. She delivered my second baby via c-section and then was with me all the way through my twin pregnancy - I made it to 38 weeks! She delivered my girls via c-section as well. All my c-sections went very well and my incision always healed beautifully. She's knowledgable, friendly, and professional.

Dr Hansen is an excellent physician. A late term ultrasound estimated my baby might be bigger so she very kindly went thru our options of doing a planned c-section or trying for a natural birth. She was wonderful and didn't try to push us into having a c-section like so many physicians do these days. I had a perfect vaginal birth with my daughter weighing in an entire pound less than the ultrasound estimate. Overall excellent bedside manner and very intelligent. I trust her.

Very good doctor and very helpful - I felt like she was concerned. Did two surgeries on me and they went well. She did admit she was uncomfortable handling my diagnosis, but made the appropriate referrals. I did feel like I was pushed off onto a hormone medication never to be heard of again.

Rude. Condescending. Won't listen to other doctors' suggestions. Seems to be unhappy being a doctor.

No waiting, she's been very prompt to all appointments. Is very kind about my discomfort, doing things to make it easier on me. I really like her, despite having to go thru the exams each year.

Dr. Hansen wanted me to have an unnecessary cesarean rather than have the normal birth that was healthiest for me and my baby.
