We saw Dr. Mandsager's office for 11 weeks during a pregnancy where our baby had intrauterine growth restriction. During this time we got very little explanation as to possible causes other than "it's likely genetic" and since we didn't do an amnio, there seemed very little else to say. It was extremely frustrating because we didn't know what questions to ask, and therefore answers weren't forthcoming. There was very little empathy for our situation. He spent very little time with us, and we actually saw other doctors in the practice just as much if not more than him (because they might deliver us, we were told). All this said, his Physician's Assistant Aimee is an ANGEL. We switched practices after all this, but Aimee was the one thing that was a bright spot during every horrible visit.

A great doctor for those having difficult pregnancies. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable as well. Just a really good feeling from the group. Dr. Mandsager is really knowledgable and very helpful. Always answers all our questions (even the seemingly stupid ones). Always there for us.

I like him but do not like the front desk ladies. I think the are very rude.

Dr. Mandsager's office is very busy, but I think that he is very knowledgeable. He works with high risk patients, so he is very cautious. He has a bit of a flat affect, and I always had to remind him of my history when I went in for monitory (twice a week for 12 weeks), but overall I think that he is a great doctor for consultation. I also like his P.A.'s. He has one great ultrasound tech (Emily), I think the rest are average.
