Doctors Approach helped correct my eczema, adult acne and oily skin. I would not recommend another dermatologist.

Complete waste of money and time. Agree with previous reviewers: office trys to split appointments and long wait times

Knowledge of African American skin is very limited. Would not recommend at all.

Staff was pleasant enough. But treatment was split into multiple appointments unnecessarily, which not only increased my discomfort, but also the bill. 5 months later I'm still getting new bills in the mail for unknown reasons. I do not recommend, go somewhere else.

Regarding the 'need' for multiple visits: Dr. Street isn't the only medical professional who works the system for the maximum possible payoff. I've seen 3 Lansing skin docs and every one of them plays the upper body one visit - lower body another visit game and to a certain extent, that practice is a result of double booking appointment slots. Doctors double book Patient because patients cancel appointments at the last minute (within 24 hours). The double booking also factors into the reason why we wait in the lobby well past our scheduled appointment time -and- it is likely the reason why skin docs do the upper body at one visit and the lower body at a subsequent visit... or only remove some of the moles or suspicious spots patients are concerned about. It boils down to how many patients they still have to see after your appointment. In every kind of business, volume (sale/visits) keep the doors open and the operating expenses paid. Cont'd. on another page.

I was having some problems with dry itchy skin. I was given a dermal abrasion and a facial and also given a creme to use. It was a very pleasant experience. The Doctor was on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained all my options and told me what to expect before and after my procedure.

Dr. Street has been taking care of my skin problems since 1992. When I enter the office every one makes me feel like family. Every one is so friendly, I love joking with the girls and they joke right back with me. When any one ask me who my dermatlogist is, I tell them there is so no like Dr. Street. My entire family also goes to Dr. Street and we all love see her.

I was referred to Dr. street from my primary care doctor he found a mole that turned into cancer. On my first appointment the front desk staff was very friendly and Dr. Street was very knowlegable and answered all of my questions and concerns I had. They all made me feel very comfortable about the surgery. The day of the surgery I was very nervous but one of the staff came and talked to me in the waiting room to try to ease my nervousness. Dr. Street did a wonderful job and she was very professional. I am glad that I went to her. I think the great staff made an unhappy event more pleasant to deal with!

I was at the Drs Approach Dermatology Center in East Lansing for a surgical procedure followed by a cosmetic treatment on my face. I found the staff to be very caring, friendly and professional. They did a great job in helping me to relax, because I was really nervous. Dr Street removed the mole on my face and it turned out great. I saw some reviews about this office and I was somewhat guarded based on one particular review that wasn't very flattering. I would have to assume that the patient that wrote a review that referred to the staff as uncaring and the doctor as unknowledgeable must be a disgruntled patient that never had any work done. I am in the medical profession and a dermatologist that trained at Mayo clinic with thousands of patients and 20+ years of experience is hardly unknowledgeable. I have seen staff come and go in my own practice and I can honestly say that I would love to have any one of this staff work for me. I highly recommend this office.
