Only accepting new patients with Medicare (no private HC plans???) - probably should be advertised somewhere on their site.

I've been seeing Dr. Frydman for several years. If you get a great doctor you stick with them. He is incredibly intelligent and a really nice guy. I have never had a problem with his staff. I highly recommend him to family and friends. He is a doctor who really cares.

Dr. Frydman is compassionate, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, supportive, open minded. I also had 2 virtual appointments during the pandemic and they were just as good as in person. I also trust doctors who seem healthy and health conscious themselves, as Dr. Frydman does. He explains test results and conditions in an enlightening way and really pays attention to me when I raise questions about my health and alternative treatments. He makes detailed recommendations that I understand and feel good about. He's not a pill pusher either and has a positive orientation that encourages health and healing. I also enjoy interacting with his staff, who have always been pleasant and caring toward me. I have found with almost every medical office that if you treat the staff warmly and without rudeness, they will reciprocate 200%. Also it's easy to reach someone in person without being put on hold for 10 minutes and it's easy to schedule appointments - the only downside is that you might need to schedule far in advance., but it's worth it. The office is very safety oriented and well organized. I've never had to wait long there despite it being a busy practice, and I've never felt rushed there either. When I first called to see if I could become a new patient, I was told the wait was at lesat 6 months, but they had open office hours on Saturday mornings, so I got there super early and was happy to be accepted without having to wait 6 months. I understand why he is in high demand.

Dr. Frydman treats Poor patients with contempt and wealthy patients with overwhelming acceptance? Never, never, never leave ANYTHING for your Doctor with the receptionist, your physician will Never get it and when you question your doctor, he will tell you that he does not care (Martinez). I have been told several times that your primary care doctors primary task is to give you your blood test results, order your medication refill and that his job is NOT to listen to any of your concerns as a patient (Martinez.). Both doctors want to to follow up with them after a hospital visit, which requires you to wait downstairs at the entrance, prior to walk-in time? When you do go up to the third floor there are 10 or so people waiting in line already, which shows that the receptionist has specific rules for specific patients according to their culture. So, you get chewed out for not seeing your primary care after the hospital, but unless you can make it early on a Saturday morning (several hours before the walk-ins begin, you will not be seen. Than when you finally do get into the waiting room, she already has the quota of walk-ins already there, again, you get chewed out for not following up. Forget telling your primary care about it, they are not there to hear of your questions, complaints or situation?

He is incredibly intelligent but his staff is the rudest of any office I’ve ever encountered and bad enough to make me switch doctors. I don’t know why he allows their behavior because he clearly loses patients because of this

Dr. Frydman has been my primary physician since October 2004 and he is caring, attentive & knowledgeable. As I have lived in other states & countries, it is imperative to have a physician with great bedside manner & who genuinely cares about your well-being. Along with Dr. Martinez and Nurse Practitioner Mehra, this is an amazing team. It's a busy practice but I love that this office offers walk-in appts every weekday and every other Saturday to accommodate their patients’ needs. A+ in my book!

Dr. Frydman is a great doctor, but the staff is so rude and insensitive. The girl at the front desk should not be in the medical profession. It took me almost 2 weeks to get a refill on my medication. No one ever called me to acknowledge my request or explain why it was not filled. Everyone in that office like you are bothering them. Will be looking for a new doctor
