Doctor is average- but the secretary is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've encountered in the industry. Looking for a new doctor because she is just that unpleasant to deal with.

Horribly unprofessional secretary. She was incredibly rude, asked more questions than the doctor, and put the phone down multiple times to speak with an insurance company and cursing at them loudly without so much as putting her perspective client on hold or mute. They also require full payment up front before billing insurance, despite them calling your insurance to find out your plan details the day you make the appointment (my guess is so they can gouge you accordingly), and I've heard from more than one person that the office is evasive about issuing the refunds you will undoubtedly be due. Would not go to this office if it was the only psychiatric center in a 100 mile radius.

The receptionist was borderline rude and barefooted, and dog in room. Unprofessional atmosphere. Dr. was sockfooted and I had to wait over an hour past my appt. time. Don't know what he was looking at, but got my age wrong. Not helpful to me, so rated knowledge low as well. Perhaps the casual atmosphere of the office along w the casual dress attire may appeal to some, but not this patient. Will look for Dr. with more years experience in future.

Well educated physician who looks at a patient holistically when evaluating psychiatric issues. This man changed my life.
