I'm glad I'm not the only one that has had a problem. It is unfortunate. She needs to take a class in bed side manner. She was the after hours doctor, covering for my doctor. I was unable to call the clinic until it had closed at four, unfortunately, due to having two children at home with no sitter until my sister came home. She had called me back and used a very rude tone. She asked where I had been all day, for one, none of your business. I explained. She responded with, "well unfortunately this isn't my problem." Um..I never said it was, and I understand that, you were the one who called me back?? Then told me to go to the hospital.

CAN YOU SAY PATIENT ABANDONMENT! Oh well best thing to happen. I was getting sick of listening to her verbally attack and belittle her now ex husband in the hallway. He's since become my GP and although I wait awhile sometimes at least we get seen by the doctor who is never off, sick or away. What a blessing in disguise!

When i first met dr. bell she seemed to be a pretty good doctor. However, that quickly changed. I find her and the receptionist to be the worst ive ever experienced. She has lost so many things of mine (including important blood work results that i had done, and xrays.. ) not just once, but TWICE! I am always waiting at least 1.5 hours for her. She never has anything ready and her desk is a mess! The receptionist is a terrible and never returns calls or lets you know when specialist appointments are. Ive found to get anywhere with this dr, you have to call them at least 3 times a day. I desperately wish i could have a new doctor, but unfortunately it is so hard to get one.

Our first appt was cancelled. Called office to see if accepting new clients, yes. Was very happy to make an appt for later same week. Next day staff called to cancel because Dr. sick 3 days in advance? How good can a doctor be if she can't even help herself???

Never on time or available as was stated! Cancels so many apps. I haven't made an app. in over 2 years, rather I go to a walk-in clinic to be seen. Shameful really. Then I 'm told by the staff that I should not go to a walk in clinic b/c I'm taking away from her income!!! My sister is also her patient, and she cancelled 5 apps. in a row. My sister was very ill, finally called myself to get a requisition form for her to check for something, turns out was positive and needed serious prescriptions. She never would had had the bloodwork done if I hadn't called in and demanded it. This doctor should be ashamed of herself!!

Because of her ALWAYS being so called sick, Dr. Leong's patients have to wait longer to see him as he is looking after her patients. Her patients should try and file a complaint with the Ontario College of Physicians.

Terriable. She should just quit so the poor secretaries dont have to phone her patients EVERY day and reschedule for yet another day where she is NOT IN. Stay home.

I never see her anymore she is sick every time I schedule an appt. I always end up seeing Dr L. (who is great)& I would like to just switch to him, I switched my Daughter to him but he was too full to accept me. The waiting room is way to small, I stood out in the hallway pregnant for 45 minutes waiting fo a chair to become available in her office, which it never did. that time I waited 1hr and 30minutes to get in to my appt. Thank God For Dr L! Or we would all be waiting forever.

I took my daughter (a baby) to see her when she was sick...The doctor just LOOKED at her and said " oh, she's not sick" Not even 24 hours later we were at the hospital. Blood work, x-rays, and pain meds for a 5 month old who was clearly very sick. If she just would have made time to look her over and examen her she would of seen she was sick!!! I am now switching her to another doctor.
