Horrible barely even froze me for 2 extractions,When i said i Could feel the pain he let on like he never heard me and he broke my jaw

I am very pleased with the respect I received. They took extreme care of me, answered all my questions with much knowledge and was very quick to comfort me during my breakdown. I had a severe case of gum disease and Dr Matchett was very understanding of my emotional disposition. His staff are extremely friendly and helpful and my visits were almost completely painless. I had alot of work done in my mouth and couldn't have asked for a better staff. Dr matchett is one of the best dentists on the river.

I enjoy going to Dr Matchett he and his staff are very friendly and professional was totally pain free and he didn't make feel bad for being on methadone like a different doctor had when I expressed I could still feel the pain and drill he was livid and screamed at me and stayed this is why he doesn't deal w patients on methadone all I said was I could still feel which I could. I switched to dr Matchett and tbh it's a complete different experience I had only ever been to a different dentist my whole life and was afraid of the dentist. Now I'm not afraid of the dentist and with my coverage dr Matchett should of only given me silver fillings and he used white cosmetic ones instead he is a great gentleman and his assistants and receptionist are so nice too. I'd recommend him to anyone although I had problems when I brought my son there I feel he doesn't have patience for kids who are afraid but he's great w adults

Dr Matchett is extremely flighty. He doesn't seem to be able to stay on task. The last time I went in for a checkup, while he was in the middle of my exam he was called over to another patient. When he came back he continued to poke around in my mouth. It wasn't until he had finished that I noticed there were no fingers on his gloves! It was the last time I ever set foot in his office.

This is a fabulous office. The Dentist is as caring and compassionate as any I have ever met. He and his staff are true professionals, and know exactly what they are doing and how to do it. It is as close to an absolutely painless process as you can get. Great service, great dentist, great staff. Totally impressed.

Very rude to his staff. Kept me waiting a long time. Spoke to me as though I were a child. Dismissed my fears of pain.
