Very helpful. Took care of a problem in just a few minutes that two other doctors couldn't resolve. Easy to talk with; only does what's needed... doesn't push for additional procedures. I could have surgery for my condition...and Dr. Charland is a surgeon...yet she encouraged my not doing that unless things get to a point where it's absolutely necessary.
