Dr Michelle Jacoby is disorganized and rude. She did not follow up on an ultra sound she sent me for, her office staff lost all of my medical records, and then argued with me on the phone on whether I deserved a follow up appointment. There are many other more qualified doctors in Monmouth County I suggest you go to. Thankfully, I had a fantastic doctor whom has since retired when I had my children.

Dr. Jacoby delivered my first child three days ago. Leading up to the delivery, Dr. Jacoby habitually reassured my concerns about delivering via section. With her patience, understanding, and general concern for me and my child, I was able to enter the delivery room calm and confident. Moreover, Dr. Jacoby was prompt with following up and confirming all was healthy, pertaining to both me and my daughter, she came into the hospital in the middle of the night for my C section, and made this experience so easy for me. I also have to say Riverview hospital was a incredibly unbelievable experience, everything from the nurses, to the food! I honestly felt like I had the most perfect birth experience due to Dr. Jacoby, her staff, and the staff at Riverview! Ps- my scar is incredibly perfect! -C. Brown

I've been seeing Dr jacoby for 14 years. She's the best. Very sweet and funny. Always makes me feel comfortable. When I had my first child 18 months ago she stayed to deliver him even though she was supposed to leave when I was arriving. She stayed an extra 22 hours during my labor and gave me a c section. She stayed hours after to make sure I was ok and did his circumcision herself. I'll never go anywhere else.

While so many practices seem to have forgotten about women going through menopause, I found the staff and Dr. very empathetic and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend them.

Dr. Jacoby is AWFUL. I went in for a follow up on a possible yeast infection/UTI and I told her I was nervous because I was in a lot of pain. She immediately gave me a nasty look and replied "what are you nervous about?" very snottily. She proceeded to be incredibly rough and didn't ask any questions or give me any resolution to my problems. She seemed like she had no time for me and was not interested in my concerns or problem. I will NEVER go back to her ever again!!!!

I was seeing Dr. Jacoby for about 5 years. I expressed a concern to her about 3 years ago, about an issue I was having and she basically shrugged my concern and told me not to worry. Last year I went for my yearly exam and stated that I was trying to conceive for about 10 months with no success. She sent me for blood work up. I received my results in the mail stating my hormone levels were normal. I eventually went to a reproductive specialist who looked over my hormone levels and was in shock. He stated that my hormone level was far from normal for my age. I was shocked and disturbed that she told me that everything was normal. I even told the RE about the concern that I brought up to her two years prior and he stated she should have acted on what I told her right away. Now, I have less then a 3% chance of conceiving my own child. DO NOT TRUST HER OR HER PRACTICE!!

I immediately changed doctors after a horrible experience with Dr. Jacoby. I was recommended to the practice by a friend who raved about Dr. Hammond. She wasn't seeing new patients so I gave Dr. Jacoby a chance. I had recently been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and she didn't want to hear it. She was so rough at my appointment and tried to also tell me that the aldactone I was on was hormone therapy! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
