Dr. Mian is arrogant and dismissive. He will pretend to care about you as long as you do not try to make any decisions about your delivery. He is likely to try to force you to use an epidural "so that he does not have to listen to your screaming". If you have a small vaginal opening, he will tell you that you need to be "opened-up" and probably leave you torn after the delivery without even bothering to check for tears to be sewn. After he simply turned to walk away without checking for tears after my delivery, I asked him, if he was going to check for tears and repair me and he flippantly said "you must want to be torn" and left me without even checking. Now ten months after my delivery my tears have still not healed and I cannot have sex due to vaginal pain. I cannot even wear tampons because I am ripped open so wide. BEWARE THIS DOCTOR!!! Do not be fooled by his sirupy sweet approach - underneath is a callous man and irresponsible physician who disregards the oath never to do harm.
