I used this doctor for my elderly Mother's dentures. She was quick to be sure she got paid but it's been MONTHS since they were ready and STILL my Mom can't use them because of pain. She keeps insisting she needs to simply get used to them. NONSENSE!! She wears uppers for years with no problem!! These are new lowers that she returned once to have filed for pain in one area. The pain persists in another area and all I hear from doctor is sighing and comments about my Mom's need to wait until they MIRACULOUSLY become comfortable!! Would NOT recommend her...she even became nasty during a phone coversation with me over a misunderstood payment!! Very unprofessional.

This dentist is awsome, I really can't understand the reveiws written by others, I am new to the PA area , Have been seeing Aspen Dental until a few weeks ago and Dr. Toaldo has won my trust and it only took two visits! Her assistant and staff are very friendly and more like a family than most, I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a real personable & experienced dentist. I was in extreme pain and found her to be very concerned and helpful nothing like the other reviews written. I am delighted to have a good dentist in this small community in which I live now.

We were new in town & this office accepted our insurance. NOT the best way to go. Always experienced excessive waiting times. Sometimes given novocaine then left waiting in the chair so long that it wore off. Indifferent to persistent pain, just kept telling me she saw no problem. Even routine cleaning was torture, leaving my mouth cut & swollen for days. I finally found an excellent dental group. I won't even tell you what the new dentist called the work I had done!

40 min. late, didn't cover her mouth while doing a filling and spent all the time chatting with the assistant, I was able to see the drops of saliva flying in front of my face. The filling was poorly done, I was in pain a week after, and when I returned to get that fixed, she didn't listen to the fact that it was still hurting, and when I added that other pieces had the fillings wearing out because they are very sensitive, she replied that she didn't see the need for any kind of work to be done. Overall, very unhappy with her. Her staff on the other hand is very nice.
