In my opinion this is not the way professionals should behave. No wonder I could get an appointment so fast, they must have a lot of openings due to there behavior.

Office manager Sue should not work with human beings in need of health care. She is rude. She hung up on me when I called about a patient she terminated from care without warning as she was having an insurance problem.

I cannot even tell you how much I adore this man. He is in a league of his own when it comes to doctors. The friendliest and funniest doctor I have ever encountered! Not only does he know his stuff, but he actually cares about his patients and really gives you the time of day. You just don't find doctors like him anymore. To respond to two other reviews, it is correct to say that the great mood Dr. Fagen is ALWAYS in is contagious. The person that posted that he was unprofessional needs to lighten up a bit. Perhaps they need to see a different kind of doctor to have the stick removed from their bum. I found it very refreshing to find a funny, personable, and caring doctor. Too many doctors these days heard you through their door and don't seem to treat you as an actual person. I highly recommend Dr. Fagen.

Dr. Fagan is very friendly and knowledgable. Office manager is very rude and pushy. Everything is about money with this lady and she expects us to prepay even though we have never even been late on a bill. That's like prepaying your local ER, just in case you have to come in, ridiculous.

Dr.Fagan ended up being my favorite of the three in his office. I felt like he always had time for me, answered all my questions, and was just a nice man. The only thing I didn't like was the wait in the office.

Dr. Fagan is amazing. He was my blessing besides my children. He delivered both of my daughters in 07/08. He has been the best Doctor i have ever since. Thank You Doc!

When I had seen Dr. Fagan, I did not have the same experience as the rest of the posters. I felt very uncomfortable with him. The things that were said to me were not very professional.

Dr Fagan and his fellow doctors delivered my third son. I adore this man. He treated my family with the greatest respect and enthusiasm. His bedside manner in the delivery room exuded cheer and confidence. He always remembers to ask about my husband's cancer treatment, asks about my work, and even gave me his cell phone number when I was feeling particularly ill. What kind of doctor does that?
