I'm floored at some of these comments that seem rude and bratty. Most doctors I've seen can take time. I've waited many times for many doctors for half and hour to two hours at times! Don't assume its the Doctor being rude! You don't know what they may be dealing with in regards to each patient! And with surgeries complications can arise which can cause delays! I've seen Dr. Bryan several times over 5 years and I've never been treated poorly! She always tries to do the least invasive procedures first and asks me what I want and makes suggestions! Her medical staff have always been very kind and answer questions I have as well! The office is beautiful and clean. Doctors don't book the appointments! With RMC many doctors are over booked! I see several doctors and I have wait times but Dr. Bryan usually gets me in within minutes and I've only ever had to wait a half hour at most when other patients ahead of me needed more time with her which anyone would value and and want for themselves! I always bring a bottle of water and something to read to all doctor appointments because everywhere you go there's a wait! People need to suck it up and stop whining so much! I know two others who see her and feel the same as I do and we're grateful I recommended her to them! Sadly due to HIPAA laws with patient privacy, doctors can't respond! Ridiculous! Grow up people!

I see Dr. Bryan for various health issues so it's not just once every year but more frequent and she also did surgery on me 8 months ago. Couldn't ask for a more caring, thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor. I'm so grateful to finally have a doctor that actually listens to me and helps me make informed decisions on some scary situation with regard to my health.

This Dr is not concerned with her patients' well being she is only interested in the number of patients' she sees. If you care for yourself at all do not refer her or see her she is the worst OB/Gyn I have ever had to deal with and I've seen quite a few in my lifetime.

Doctor Bryan is wonderful until you don't have a "textbook" pregnancy. She is only nice unless you have questions for her then she suddenly becomes very annoyed and condescending. She books appointments at 8am when the office opens but doesn't show up to the office till almost 9am. She is the ONLY Obgyn I have ever had that makes you feel stupid for asking questions. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful and they truly don't show any concern about this office or the patients, they make you feel like you're just another annoying person walking through the door disturbing them. Overall it's been a very unpleasant experience. Waiting 1- 2 hours for my appointments is not easy when I'm pregnant and uncomfortable and believe me, THEY DONT CARE.

Worst Doctor I have ever seen. Late for surgery when I was on the table waiting. Condescending because I did not want birth control. Office staff were nice in the beginning but became rude. There are not words to describe the horror I went through.

Although I am fairly good at researching and asking advice from experienced people before approaching appointments I hold doctors' opinions in very high regard and do not claim to know more or not take their professional opinions over my own.

I had gone into Dr. Bryan's office for ovarian pains and more specifically made sure she knew it was my right ovary that I was experiencing pain with, instead of her response to be "Let's run some tests to see", she did an examine and stated it was just normal pains probably to do with getting older and ovulation then proceeded to push for me to go on birth control, however I am not sexually active so I did not want to mess with my hormones. When I mentioned that if nothing REALLY could not be done that I would rather deal with it and take an anti-inflammatory or such. She then said okay and made sure to tell me that she would put in my notes that she did give me the option of birth control and I denied, which seemed condescending and unnecessary.

After voicing that it seemed more that just ovulation pains and did not seem normal for my body, for I don't even get pains during my period she finally said that she would order for me to get an ultrasound but doubted that anything would be found.

After she asked if I would like any information on how to live a longer life, such as eating healthy and exercising, now I get that I am not a size 2 and according to doctors Im overweight (yes i could lose a few pounds) but my build has never been a tiny build and I have been an athlete most of my life, after saying that I eat pretty well and exercise even if it doesn't completely show, she then stated in the same tone and just like before that she would put in her notes that she talked to me about it and I denied it.

Once I got my ultrasound my technician said my doctor would receive my results within 2-3 days and that if I do not hear from them within a week to call. After 2 weeks I finally called and the receptionist helping me said the doctor hadn't reviewed my results yet and that I would get a letter if no abnormalities were found or a phone call to discuss my results. After a month I still had not received a phone call or a letter so I called again and was told that they sent me a letter the day before. (It took a month for them to contact me). Once I received my results it was obviously the technicians notes along with a blank paper that just said the doctor's name on it. In my results it stated they could not see my right ovary and a different ultrasound would be needed. I was pretty upset that the doctor herself did not review my notes along with my test results and call me to let me know that the side I was complaining of pain on could not be viewed and she would like me to get another ultra sound done.

I know this is a long review by I am just very frustrated that I felt like just another random patient who she didn't spend time to really listen and comfort when I was experiencing a problem that was worrying me. It seemed like she was just doing things because I was asking for them not because she wanted me to feel like she was doing the best should could to help me. I understand doctors have a lot of patients to oversee, but I pay good money to be on a PPO and I don't even think she crossed referenced my notes or file with why I got an ultrasound done with my actual ultrasound test results.

I just hope this review helps 1 person to look for a doctor who would contact you when they realize you need further testing or scans and treats you more than a quota.

I am floored by all the negative comments about Dr. Bryan. I am 56-years-old and she has been my gynecologist for 4 years. Dr. Bryan has helped me through menopause since I wanted to do it without hormones and it has not been easy. She has patiently explained multiple ways of handling symptoms and gave me several natural remedies to explore. I had a cancer scare, and Dr. Bryan performed the least invasive surgery possible as a first treatment, rather than a radical hysterectomy. With every step, in every treatment, and at every appointment, Dr. Bryan either thoroughly explained the procedure OR gave me literature that thoroughly explained my condition and how she would be treating me. I don't know why she would treat me any differently than the rest of her patients. The worst comment I have to make is I do sometimes have to wait well beyond my appointment time. Dr. Bryan can't always predict the length of a surgery or the number of patients' questions. Don't be so mean!

I went in to see her during my lunch hour during working day(specifically made the appointment so I can see her during my lunch time) she came in 40 min late due to her morning surgery. = ( I went in for one procedure and by staff's mistake I got totally different procedure paying $100 + $30 doctor's visit co pay. Of course later on I've received $100 back but didn't get compensated for my time and effort. Can't believe doctor's office staff made that kind of mistake. Staff in front desk literally didn't know what sonohysterogram was. Never received sorry from the doctor nor the staff..

DON'T GO TO DARCY BRYAN!!! I saw this MD twice. First time she made me wait over one HOUR! Today, my second visit, i was 10 minutes late. The front desk girl had the nerve to chastise me and tell me they will see me "this time" but Dr runs on time and i can't be late again. Really??? When they called me back, i sat in that exam room for 35 minutes!!! I was so angry walked out. On the way Darcy was standing there and said, "oh you're next", i said forget it. Within 5 minutes i get a call on my cell. The number was unknown so it went to voice mail. I was HORRIFIED to review the message and hear Dr Bryan leaving me a long message telling me all about my lab results!!! Including words like tumor, cyst and fibroid!! I could not believe me ears! My outgoing message does NOT identify me! And she said my name and everythin, this could have been a wrong number or forwarded to someone I know the works! HIPPA VIOLATION! Not only will i not return, i'm reporting her. DON'T GO TO HER!

Poor customer service by staff, my prenatal care was alright, post natal care I was so stressed out dealing with her staff following up paperworks that needs to be signed, I get told dr Bryan is busy everytime I call for some clarification.I will definetely be changing my ob doctor. No matter how good dr Bryan is if her staff are clueless of their responsibility/ accountability, she will lose patients.
