It is clear this Doctor is in it for the money and not the patient. In addition to what others complained about he was also pushing and performing stem-cell therapy for which there is little to no DATA to support the effectiveness. Avoid this doctor.

I would rate this place with zero stars if I could. PLEASE if you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure, don't let these people touch you. The owner, Dr. Charles Mok, is currently under investigation for Medicare fraud, and was raided by the FBI for selling phony Vitamin C injections as a cure for Covid. I paid $21,000 for a face lift, neck lift, lip lift and a lower eyelid lift. The surgeon didn’t do the neck lift. When I asked why, first I was told that he didn’t do it because the scar would be really ugly. I looked at dozens of photos of this scar and it was barely visible. Then later I was told that they don’t do neck lifts. But they still charged me for it.
The staff are all young, pretty and very pushy. Some are negligently incompetent. One of these supposed nurses, insisted on pulling the absorbable stitches out of my lower eyelids only 5 days after my surgery, even though she had to work at it for over 30 minutes. This suture material is supposed to take 2-3 months to disappear on its own. Now my lower eyelids sag and do not touch my eyeball, so my eyes are always dry, red and irritated, and look stretched out and I have deep hollows under my eyes. I can’t wear contacts anymore. The surgeon was never in the office when I had an appointment. They often change your appointment time just before the scheduled time or no one shows up. On my last visit to the spa about my eyes, Dr. Mok got very angry, defensive and insulting when I showed them proof that those stitches should not have been removed. He and another doctor lied right to my face.
I still have deep Nasolabial folds and jowls. The scar from the lip lift is very visible and crooked under my nose. My left ear has nerve damage, and I can't stand to have anything touching it. Other reviewers claim that they dilute their Botox and filler injections. After getting Botox and lip filler I think this is true. I believe this is true. Juvéderm is supposed to last about a year, mine disappeared in less than 3 months. PLEASE, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and read ALL the reviews. I wish I had.

I have been going to Dr. Mok for about 1 1/2 years for Hormone Replacement Therapy. I am 65 years old and I have been able to grow muscle and loose fat over that time. Granted I am retired and can devote the time to keep in great shape. I highly recommend Dr. Mok.

Horrible experience with hormone therapy. Dr. Is arrogant, rude, inattentive, and only appears to value money. 10 yrs of patronage lost and I will go elsewhere. Be very careful with this Dr.

I had filler done by Dr. Mok and it was the worst experience of my life. I wanted the area above my lip addressed and he also injected my lower lip to produce symmetry. After talking to other plastic surgeons (come to find out Dr Mok IS NOT) a arterial/venous occlusion most likely followed the injection which is VERY serious. After contacting the office with concern, one of his staff told me it was a cold sore and gave me anti viral cream. It continued to worsen and was beyond painful. I missed work, lost weight ( it was hard to eat), and the filler was eventually reversed with another injection. I now have a scar but am fortunate that this is the only fallout after having read about the possible dangers. Go to a qualified plastic surgeon...please. There are many great ones in the area. I absolutely wish I had...I would never allow them to do another procedure.

I agree, this clinic is filled with people who believe they are qualified and are dangerous with patient care and your private patient information is not protected. The office is filled with employees that have no real information and education on how to run a proper medical clinic.

This place is a conveyor belt of botched procedures. They are not plastic surgeons and yet they strong sale these procedures, mess up, disfigure poor unknowing clients and then deny wrong doing & change medical records once you are forced to sue them for medical malpractice for their painful disfiguring & dangerous mistakes. This is a horrible place committing fraud, negligence & medical malpractice with uncertified doctors

I had a very poor experience at my last PRP injection. The staff had some issues drawing my blood, but that was not a big deal. After taking the blood, they told me they would prepare the injections and return in 15-20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes, during which time no one came back to check on me, or tell me it was still being prepared, or offer me a glass of water. I finally had to open the door and voice my displeasure to someone in the hallway. I know this establishment prides itself on the "customer experience", and has undergone training with Ritz Carlton, but my last encounter was less than ideal, and I did not purchase additional treatments when asked.

Incredible! I couldn't be happier with my results from all of the procedures that I've had done here. I have had botox and fillers, lasers, coolsculpting, and more and the staff, doctors, everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Please do not go there, save your money, your time, and your pain. I had my nose done there and paid $6,500. The result is horrible. I was told to wait a year to see better result. I waited a year and my nose got worse. I did two more surgery with them to fix my nose and each time my nose looked worse. Now they are totally ignoring me. It had been one lie after another with them. I am honestly at this point looking into a lawsuit. I have talk to few lawyers and I have a good chance of winning. Allure Medical Spa not only took my money but few years of my life. They place may look nice, clean, and the staff are all well spoken but that just a form of show to hide behind. staff.
