LOVE Dr. Werlin! He has been so patient through our first IVF cycle. He does ALL his ultrasounds himself and even calls patients himself. His staff is so caring and responsive to concerns. I'm so glad I found him! He sees a lot of patients, but still manages to make us laugh and feel special when we're in for an appointment. He even went through the trouble of using a different PGD lab for us because of our situation. Just love him :)

IVF is expensive and not for everyone. Not everyone has the money, tolerance, or moral comfort with IVF. Dr. Werlin told us that IVF was our only hope, and was not helpful in any way in suggesting other options. I'm surprised that a doctor with his expected training would have very little to offer. He wasn't clear in his communication in explaining what was wrong with us, leaving us with a very incomplete and unsettling feeling. In the end we did what he couldn't do and had biological children of our own by ourselves, without any help from him, which he wouldn't give us anyway.

After 1 year trying getting pregnant and my OB running infertility tests with no problems found, she sent me to Doc Werlin who immediately found and fixed the problem. I got pregnant naturally a cycle after taking the prescribed medication. I highly recommend Doc Werlin's diagnostic services, he has also gotten my friend pregnant after 3 IVFs with another doctor, he succeeded on his 2nd IVF with her. However, a word of caution: from the first time I saw him, he kept repeating to me that my FSH level was elevated and I would not be able to get pregnant naturally, I would definitely need IVF, even an IUI would likely be a waste of time. I shared this info with my OB who said that my level was not perfect, but was good enough to get pregnant on my own, which did happen quickly. I recommend getting a 2nd opinion before proceeding invasive procedures. Staff was friendly and attentive, but the accounting department made many mistakes in billing.

Dr. Werlin and staff have been nothing but amazing. They are like one happy family (including the surgery center). My husband and I knew we found the right doctor for us the second we met with Dr. Werlin. His upbeat personality and staff that remember who you are and where you're at in treatment is a wonderful treat when going through this emotional journey. I would refer all my friends and family to Dr. Werlin. PS Lisa the phelbotomist is amazing!

Dr. Werlin was great, his staff was horrible. After first appointment (which wasn't easy to get), never returned to him because his staff failed to meet expectations. My phone calls have never been returned, however, when they called they asked for some other patient. Totally mixed it up. Again, Dr. Werlin was special and very kind.

I absolutely love this man! We had major fertility issues and he SOLVED the puzzle. He is extrememly caring and wants nothing more than help you succeed in having a child/children. He does expect you to uphold your end of the agreement - make payments in a timely manner and be ON TIME to your appointments! If you are someone who has issues with punctuality, this is not your clinic. He has very high standards for himself and his patients. We have a beautiful daughter and a son on the way because of Dr. Werlin. I will forever be grateful and thankful for this doctor. He's given me 2 miracles! Thank you, Dr. Werlin!

RUN,RUN from this office!! Nurse and finace people really rude and unprofessional they act like they are doing you a favor! The nurse never return my phone call for ultrasound appt. my husband wanted to ask the Dr. W a question and they told him there will be a charge??!! I had genetic testing done no one called me with the results then i had blood work on the 2nd day no one called me with these results. i was very hurt and dissappointed because Dr. W seemed like a good Doc but his staff needs an overhaul.

I went to Dr. Werlin because of friends' recommendations and great reviews. I have to say that I am very disappointed with the whole experience. Dr. Werlin and his nurses are very nice and friendly. The chief finanicial officer rarely return phone calls or emails. After 4 failed attempts of IVF cycles, my husband and I are looking for another fertility clinic.

We have not experienced any trouble with the office staff or phone calls being returned. I can't say enough about how at ease Dr. Werlin has made me feel. Jojo is my nurse, and she always returns calls and emails promptly. The personal phone calls from Werl also make the process so much easier because he is available to answer questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his office to anyone who is in need of his expertise. Very professional and extremely caring.

I am sorry Dr. Werlin for rating you on your poor staff. Considering how much communication goes between the patient and staff, they really should be somewhat professional. I am so frusterated in dealing with them not returning phone calls, relying on them to direct me on time sensitive tests and so forth is virtually impossible and inefficient. I am looking for professionalism elsewhere.
