Staff is terrible with follow up. I was never able to get my problem resolved because no one calls you back.

Dr Mash is a superior doctor who is a skilled surgeon she also has. Great eye doing filler and lipo procedures. I do Agree that the wait is always long but it's worth it

The wonderful Dr Mash is getting older, a little hard of hearing, but a great doctor. Best tip: I trust her under the knife. Staff is a crap shoot. Not the most caring and attentive bunch. The staff in the exam room is top notch. They fill in the blanks as she is so busy. Downside: I don't like a doctor who is too busy to make you feel complete. Would like to see better service. Don't buy the overpriced items they try to sell you. They are not worth it.

I have never waited less than 1 hour for my appointment. They are always late. They cancel appointments at th the last minute wihtout calling to let you know. When you arrive they will tell you "Oh Dr. Mash had an emergancy and has left. Didn't anyone call you?" They are unprofessional and unless you are there to have botox or other expensive cosmetology treamtent she has no time for you. Do not see her or this practice if you want "skin care" treatment. They are a joke. They rude, unprofessional and a waste of time!

Every person in the office is late. I have openly heard the desk staff admit that they are always late. I have never waited less than 45 minutes to be taken back and then an additional few minutes to see someone. Also, I would make an appointment with Dr. Mash and after waiting an hour they would sya "well would you mind seeing the nurse practitioner?" and that happened more than once. Their staff is completely inept at scheduling. They completely lost an appointment I had. They are always behind. The people are nice but the waiting room is always full of people who have been waiting well past their appointment time who are aggravated. They are pathetically behind on scheduling which says to me that they only care about herding people through to make mroe money. They have no respect for other people's time. I would not reccomend this doctor unless you have a lot of free time.

this office is a complete joke. The staff know nothing about what they prescribe. They did allergy tests on me and then prescribed me four times with different products that say on the bottle that they have what im allergic to

Dr. Mash is a compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She removed a cancerous mole that other Doctors said not to worry about. She has a very keen eye. I would recommend her highly. Plus, the staff was very nice too!

I went to 2 doctors about a rash on my arms and neither were able to help me. I wasted so much money on useless perscriptions. Then when I went there she was sympathetic AND was able to clear it up in 2 weeks! And she gave me her own stuff to put on it at no cost. I am a fan!
