Had bridge done. Sloppy work that took forever and I mean FOREVER. Even so, first bridge was like having Brooklyn Bridge in mouth; second bridge not much better. No gum retraction done before impression. No full mouth impression ever done; only local one-tooth impression. This for a bridge? Get real! Result: bridge too short and too wide. Does not match opposite side, and encroaches on tongue. Refuses to discuss shoddy work; instead, fobs patient off on assistant who performs light-cured resin job to try to cover exposed tooth structure at root (remember that bridge is too short -- doesn't go up under gum), then CHARGES patient for patchwork intended to "fix" her shoddy work. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM VANESSA CARPENTER!!!!
