PLEASE READ! Before you go here. There's a reason people have given so many 0-1 Stars. Check them out.
TLDR: Don't go. Unless you want to be treated by a kid.
I barely write reviews, and yet here I am. That must be a good reason.
Long Story: Kendra Cole (refuse to call her a doctor) has been to most immature, impulsive, unprofessional, and unpleasant person (again not a doctor) I've met. You could explain your situation to a 10 yo kid and he might be able to google and help you better than she would after 25+ years of practice (god knows how). She would prescribe Hormone changing, extremely strong creams (medicines in some cases as per other reviews) without telling anything about it. This is the first time I had a skin issue and went to a dermatologist, and she could barely answer any of the questions. Basically, you are on your own even if you go there. I mean ChatGPT helped me way more than COLE did. No Joke. Her assistant would spend the most time with you, ask all the questions, then she would come in the room like a storm, talk to you for 2 minutes (TALK OVER YOU, IYKYK :D ), hand you a pamphlet (maybe) and run out of the room like there are Zombies coming after her.
Honestly, I only went there because it was the closes location to my place. And I paid the price. 1st very bad impression of going to a dermatologist. Lesson learned the hard way. That you need to read the reviews first. You'll see almost similar reviews like mine here, which sadly I read all of them after I learned my lesson.
Side Note: The people who work there also look like they are in prison and she has a tough training leash over them. The whole vibe in there seems OFF.
Next (2 Months after this Cole Debacle): I chose Atlanta Dermatology Center and was treated by DOCTOR Alexander. Holy F, I literally cried when he entered the room and the way he greeted me with a smile and listened to everything I had to tell. I mean is that too much to ask from a doctor?
Hope this helps people make their decision and avoid what they are getting into. Have a good skin! TC.
