On one occasion he saved my hearing, with acupuncture, after a bad infection left me with a damaged eardrum. Another time he cured my "trigger finger" with acupuncture. Dr. Tsai was the first acupuncture doctor I'd ever gone to. He was always helpful and prescribed both Eastern and Western medicines...whatever he felt would help. I moved away from the area, but considering making a trip down to see him from my new home...what's a couple hours travel when you find a Doc you can work with.

I've known Dr. Tsai for almost 10 years. He's the best! Very knowledgeable, kind, and a lot of help. I refer everyone to him. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.

After being on vicodin for three weeks due to severe pain from shingles I was told to try acupuncture. Went to Dr. Tsai and felt relief the first visit. The next day all I needed was advil. Can`t wait for my next visit and an eventual cure. ME

My grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, and friends have all gone to Dr. Steve. I have gone for stiff necks, shoulder pain, headaches, and more. I go to Kaiser and they pump you with drugs...Dr. Steve heals with his magical hands and wonderful treatments. I have a phobia of needles but have never had an issue with acupunture. It just feels like someone tapping on your back. Make sure to buy some extra of his magical healing pads...they are worth the extra $5 or $6 dollars!

I never believed in acupuncture. Not until I paid a visit to Dr. Tsai's office. Great doctor, staff, and clinic. I fell 5 feet off the ground on my tailbone, and he managed to decrease my discomfort right after my first visit! I will continue to visit his office until I'm fully recovered.

Dr. Tsai is excellent. After putting off an orthopedic surgeon's acupuncture recommendation-I finally went to Dr. Tsai. The pain relif was immediate and remarkable. I had mistakenly thought acupucture was a gradual process. Dr. Tsai's office staff are kind and professional. The place is spotless. I very much look forward to my weekly visits.

Dr. Tsai is very patient-friendly. This was my first visit to his office. He calmed me down because I was very nervous. I was very satisfied with his services.
