She really needs to work on her communication skills with patients. The way she responds on calls is not professional at all. As one of her patience I need to feel comfortable when speaking to my doctor not feeling afraid if she will get made if I ask her something.
Regardless of her knowledge.

Exceptional Bedside Manner, Exceptional knowledge and refers to outstanding specialists. Dr Botros deserves 6 stars. You may need to book ahead due to her popularity.

A great Dr, excellent treatment, no complaints, except there is something wrong with their booking system as she was an hour or more late. Not sure if it was this Dr can't recall, maybe it was another Dr at that clinic but referral to a psychologist left me more depressed as while they seemed to listen, psychologist had her own obsessive compulsive shopping disorder for clothes, so given I am poor, that only made me feel worse. Apart from that referral, otherwise all the referrals I've had from this clinic have been sensational.

Expert Dr, brilliant lady, so knowledgeable, polite lady, sometimes running a bit late, lots of services she provides, she has speciality training in skin and women's health I believe, great to have the TV in the waiting room, but I think Bibles should be left at church, time and place for everything

Dr, Nashawa is a very smart doctor, bright, talented, very helpful and Knowledgeable. I would recommend her to any one with serious case.

They have provided a wonderful facility for patients. However maybe disadvantaged feel intimidated to go there now do you think.
