They told me in advance that they confirmed that my insurance required no co-payment. Nevertheless, at the end of the appointment, they insisted on payment in full. My insurance company called them (twice) to let them know that they are not supposed to charge me, because their office is a Blue Cross / Blue Shield PPO provider. They are refusing to refund my payment until the insurance pays them, which they tell me will be three or four weeks.
