Dr Mauro is the best oral surgeon anyone could ask for! The BEST bedside manner and extremely competent. I would not go or take my family to anyone else.

Physician over all is nice most of the staff is caring however his office manager on the other hand not so much. She's beyond rude. I spoke with her 2 days before the appointment I requested to speak to the physician regarding her and the way she treats patients she refused to let me speak to him. The next day she called and cancelled the appointment that had been scheduled for several weeks stating we're not a good fit for their office. I should add I was there a few weeks ago for something else with a different child several different appointments for the other child and there was no issue with us then. My perception she doesn't want the physician to know how she treats patients. I recorded the conversation and turned it in to our insurance company who has now lodged a complaint against his office.

I had the best experience at Dr. Mauro’s office. I got my wisdom teeth removed. The staff was extremely friendly. The office was incredibly clean, and social distancing was on point. Michael was great on the phone and in person, that’s always a huge thing for me. The first person you hear from and the person you talk to the most, reception. The other staff members were warm and engaging and the surgeon himself was reassuring and clearly experienced. Dare I say, I liked getting my wisdom teeth out.

Wisdom tooth out in 5 min tops! Thought he was flossing and he already had the tooth out and was suturing it up already.!

Was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. One of my surgeries included needing my jaw on the left side put back together as it was shattered. The right side had broken off from the joint it connects too. I had to visit many times to checkups and received nothing but hospitality from the staff as well as Dr Mauro. Less than 3 months and my jaw is completely healed and back to normal. I am so grateful for everyone in that office! They became like family to me!

I recently had a tooth pulled and I had the best experience! The front office ladies were SO nice on the phone and helped me with understanding my insurance. I have never been to a doctors office where the office staff walked me thru step by step of everything and were pleasant to talk to and communicate with. When I got to the back where I had my procedure it was a very quick visit. I defiantly will be back!!

The doctor and staff made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything beforehand. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted. Two of them were impacted, so this was my first experience with any kind of surgery. If I need to see an oral surgeon again for anything, I'll definitely be going back here! I'd recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Mauro and his staff are to best during very tense times. Everything was explained ahead of time.

I was in a severe car accident months ago that landed me in the hospital for multiple surgeries. The plastic surgeon on duty stated he did not even want to get near my jaw with how badly it was broken on both sides and advised me to wait for Dr. Mauro. WELL WORTH IT! He was extremely knowledgeable and honest with me at all phases of my surgery and recovery; and made multiple stops to check in on me while still in the hospital. My jaw was broken in half on one side and dislocated from its joint on the other; and now it is as if nothing happened- less than 3 months later! Everyone who saw me following the accident who has seen me now cannot believe how amazing my jaw looks and its all thanks to Dr. Mauro and his staff. His staff were overwhelmingly accommodating for me in terms of scheduling and helping me with short term disability paperwork for my job. I am really taken aback by some of these reviews because I only had a great experience with Dr. Mauro and his staff from start to finish. In addition, he is extremely punctual! On one of my checkups he stated my jaw had healed well enough and we could take the wires off, but I would have to make another appointment. Initially I was bummed, but he explained that he does not like to do anything that isn't scheduled into the appointment time unless it's an emergency so other patients don't have to wait. I could certainly respect that! I would recommend Dr. Mauro in a heartbeat. I can't thank him and his staff enough - especially Angie & Shawn!
