Please be aware of "Sherry" or "Sheri" at the front desk. I called to ask her about a bill I received from a collection company that was from Dr. Vesco's office. Sheri said it was from an appointment that I had on Dec. 21 2022. I told her there was no appointment and I wasn't there, (thinking it was some sort of mis-understanding). Sheri replied, "You were a walk in." I asked her to check the patient sign in log and she refused. Sheri said I would need to talk to Dr. Vesco, so I asked to talk to him and she said "No." I asked her to have him call me back and she said, "No" that I would have to physically come in. I hope Dr. Vesco knows that Sheri is conducting herself in a very unprofessional manner and losing business for his office.

We ordered medical records since 2021. Sherry at the office (after 6 months on calling her on these records) now tells me that these mr were mailed out in 12/2021. Not once, during the 6 months of calls and email request did she ever mention these were mailed out. We advised her of this and she laughed. I let her know I called 6 months and she told me to call her in April -still nothing. WHy didn't she advise us of this months ago?? Now she wants to charge me again for sending them. I asked her for proof that she sent them out and she refused. Really????? So unprofessional.

I have seen this doctor for 10 years and can testify that I have never been treated better in my life. His assistant Letty is incredible as well. Dr. Vesco cares. He will actually listen to you and not use guesswork in diagnosis. He is the one doctor in my life that I know I can count on. If I need help, I will go to him and pay cash rather than use my insurance if it is any more than a sore throat or physical. He is educated and kind.

both times I went to him with an illness he diagnosed me properly and prescribed medication to clear up my illness.
