He is an awesome doc...it's a shame that previous crackhead patients still don't have a clue about their own path to sobriety! Keep up the good work...he's one of the best

Was a patient of David Pyatts. All I have is five things to say about him. First he's an alcoholic and not in recovery. Second his office staff is very rude and never answer the phone. Third gives out pain medication to those who don't need it. Forth caters to heroin and crack heads. Fith he don't take any time with you he's so worried about the dea and had no concern about your problems. His nurse practioner is a fatC that acts too good and has no concern about you. Don't ever go to GHS it's a joke. You will sit in the waiting room for an hour every time.

This AA-driven buffoon all but killed me one week after my son died. Absolutely no compassion or empathy, a lunatic ex-alcoholic on the 12-Step fringe. He has zero clue as to proper medical protocol and is accountable to no one thanks to the "non-profit" corporation "bankrupt" Genesee County can somehow afford to pay its CEO. He's a a hack who never bothers reading prescribing instructions, if he can read at all all, and at best belongs in the chiropractic trade, Stay away from GHS and especially Dr. Pyatt!

Dr. Pyatt is very professional and takes the time to talk with his patients and explain any questions they may have. He is very polite, and prompt in getting back with test results. I reccommend all of my family, friends etc. to Dr. Pyatt I have been seeing him for about 11 years myself. In the 11 years I've been going to him he's had the same staff who know and develope relationships with his patients as well. Dr. Pyratt is knowledgeable and experince. Keep up the good work Doc.

He wanted me to terminate my baby and he ignored a kidney infection and he had horrible bedside manners. I would never recommend him to anybody. He doesn't have the efficient office equipment like a fax machine. He miscalculated how pregnant I was and told me that my baby had down sydrome which was a fault in testing that he did. I think that he is very unprofessional and very unhelpful.
