I was waiting for doctor in his room for 1 hour. When he finally came he said "oh, let's find quieter room" and went out.When I left my room after additional 10 mins I saw him with another patient!

doesnt use lidocaine gel before a needle, will do unneeded procedures to collect fees not covered by insurance, painful, rough handling
