I became a patient of Dr. Morrow after changing insurance and my new insurance did not cover the Psychiatrist I was previously seeing. I wish that I had seen this site before agreeing to see her b/c it would have saved me from choosing such a poor doctor! On my 1st visit I knew that not a lot would happen other than intake and gaining information on what treatment I had been receiving from my prior psychiatrist so there should have been no red flags on that visit, however, I was wrong. I was shocked that on my 1st visit, without even having my records from my prior psychiatrist yet, she decided to change my medication. I was not sure what to think, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and followed her new medication plan. As feared, the change in medication was not right for me, and neither was Dr. Morrow. I found her uncommunicative in all aspects of my care and even though I need counseling in addition to medication, she neither counseled me nor did she send me to a counselor.

My mother was referred to her by a Behaviorial Center for treatment o Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The doctor that referred her is reknown for his work in diagnosing this disorder. Per Dr. Morrow, it took more than 3 weeks to get her records and even then she never reviewed them. She said that she didn't believe that my mother had BPD (she never called and spoke with the doctor from the Behavioral Center (Greer, SC) and proceeded to prescribe several medications for dementia and alsheimers even though a thorough examination by a neurologist (Dr. Baxter, Clemson,SC) had ruled out both of those (in records from Beharvioral Ctr). Now my mother has shakes and tremors from the dementia medication and the therapist affliated with Dr. Morrow is not treating her for Borderline Personality Disorder.
