I requested this appointment to rule out an autoimmune condition that I suspected may have migrated to my genital area. From the onset I felt the internal "eye rolling attitude" that providers sometimes get when patients self-diagnose. I can understand their frustration with that, but I felt I had a legitimate concern and a reasonable request to rule it out and find out what the problem was if it was not related to the autoimmune disorder. She suggested a painful test that would have impacted my ability to work that day and was indignant that I would ask questions about it. I found her to be dismissive and condescending. She went as far as suggesting that my symptoms were possibly "psychosomatic" brought on my research into the autoimmune disorder, even though there was visual evidence to the contrary.

She preformed the most PAINFUL pap smear - she was rough and inconsiderate.
The experience I had with Dr. Rupert was definitely a traumatic one. In fact, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a health care provider.

I've had one surgery with her, and several appointments over the last year. She is really good at responding to email and phone calls. She's patient with questions and kind overall. There was one day I had a somewhat urgent issue and she made several attempts to contact me throughout the day to talk it over in person, as well as responding to my email.

I was a long term patient with KP. I had signed up for a hysterectomy surgery through my trusted doctor, surgeon and gynocologist. Post surgery my doctor remained with me throughout, both with visits and 6 and 8 week check ups. I thought the surgery had gone well, only to one day have level 10 pain and be admitted into the hospital with a rare infection called vaginal cuff cellulitis. I was devasted and in awful pain. Under further investigation, since my surgery had so many post problems. I later found out through records that it was Dr. Jennifer Rupert who had conducted the surgery. A woman and doctor I never met in my life, ever! And never consulted with ever!! She was written up at signing with my surgeon as the assistant. That is what I signed up for. But later to find that SHE wad the actual surgeon!!!!! And my doctor the assistant!!! I was horrified and felt lied and cheated to!! I chose my surgeon because I trusted her for years!! I never knew this woman, and not once did she ever come to see me. I suffered post infections, and three hospitslizations, chronic pelvic pain, myofascial disorder and yeast infections. All because behind the closed surgery doors it was Rupert and not my doctor who had conducted this life changing hysterectomy. Dr. Jennifer Rupert is a serious risk to a womans health, she is an inexperienced surgeon upon which I was used by both doctors as ruperts test her skills on type of patient. I am still suffering major complications, many months out. And I blame Rupert for my vaginal cuff celluitits infection, because if my true doctor did this, I know that would never of happened, as she did surgery before. Dr. Jennifer Rupert seems to have slid through all the cracks of having done a phantom surgery, as the primary surgeon and never be involved in my care on any level. In fact she didnt even exist. Dr. Jennifer Rupert, as a patient who has nevermet you, but who you have met me and damaged my body after surgery. This doctor is a liar, cheat, dangerous to womans health, botches her surgeries, and never reveals herself to her patients, but only in a shroud of deception. She is a danger to any womans health as a surgeon and should have her licensed revoked for causing suffering and pain from the hysterctomy surgery.
