When I went in to have an adoption physical Dr. Kini asked me why we didn't do artificial insemination because "it would be so much more like your own". I needed to do a urine sample. When I got there I really needed to go. I explained to the staff and I thought they would go ahead and give me a cup as most doc's offices will and they refused and told me I would have to wait. Good thing I didn't have a bladder infection. They refuse to fax in insurance forms to get mail order prescriptions even if you the patient are standing right there and the form HAS to be faxed from their office.
